About Us
Our Mission
Overflow Foundation exists in memory of Phillip Lee Jr, to promote mental wellness in the community, Pouring Hope into Life (#PHIL) by leading individuals to take next steps towards greater resilience, independence, and recovery.
Our Story
Overflow Foundation was founded in 2019 by a mother who was grieving the loss of her oldest son. Following a dual diagnosis of substance use disorder (SUD) and bipolar disorder (BPD), her son succumbed to severe depression and died by suicide on September 6, 2018. Noting the rise in suicide rates by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and the National Council for Behavioral Health, Overflow Foundation desires to join the fight against suicide by infusing hope into the lives of individuals and families who have been affected by suicide, mental illness, and SUDs.
Leadership of Overflow Foundation:

The work of Overflow Foundation, as well as the work of CCC, intersect and complement one another in the overall mission of Pouring Hope Into Life.
Phillip and Terry are the proud parents of five precious children and have three beautiful grandchildren. They consider these their greatest earthly treasure.
