Overflow Foundation exists in memory of Phillip Lee Jr, to promote mental wellness in the community, Pouring Hope into Life (#PHIL) by leading individuals to take next steps towards greater resilience, independence, and recovery.

CCOH exists to provide a safe and thriving place where members are filled with hope as they rediscover their ability to live, laugh, love, and learn.
