In 2003, she transitioned to full time motherhood upon the birth of her triplet daughters. In 2011, Tracey returned to work as Director of Strategic Development at Mead Hall Episcopal School in Aiken, SC, supporting the organization through a major growth initiative and establishing an Institutional advancement program. Tracey graduated from Clemson University with a Financial Management degree and later earned an MBA at Augusta University.
After experiencing firsthand the devastating impact that challenges to mental health can have on individuals and families, Tracey began to devote significant effort to educating and equipping herself to strengthen her own family and to reach out to others who are struggling. In addition self-study, she has completed Mental Health First Aid, a 12-month Dialectal Behavioral Therapy program, and the NEABPD Family Connections program.
